| 内容記述 | A study was made on the kinetics of the epimerization of 1,2: 5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-C-nitromethyl-α-D-allofuranose in nitromethane to its 3-epimer in the presence of a small amount of sodium methoxide. The activation energy was found to be 75±8 kJ/mol, the intermediate in epimerization being 1,2: 5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo-hexofuranos-3-ulose with use of the labelled compound. | |||||
