| 内容記述 | 2011 年3 月11 日に起きた東日本大震災は、バブル経済 の崩壊やリーマン・ショックを経験し、そのダメージが拭えない日本経済にさらに追い打ちをかける事態となった。阪神淡路大震災では倒産の経済・地域への痛手は限定的であったが、今回の大震災は地域が広範囲に及び、経済的ダメージも全国各地に波及している。本稿の主たる目的は、第1 に、大震災における倒産の実態を時系列的に分析することにより、大震災時における倒産の構造的な特徴をみいだし、今後のリスク対応の倒産回避モデルを構築すること、第2 に、とりわけ東北3 県（岩手・ 宮城・福島）の再生をめざす企業の事例分析を行い、緊急時・災害時におけるリスク対応の再生可能モデルを形成することにある。この2 つの課題を解くことで、大災害時の倒産・再生に関する「リスクマネジメントのあり方」に1 つの示唆を与えたい。 \nThe March 11 earthquake and tsunami added even more damage to a Japanese economy that had not yet fully recovered from the collapse of an economic bubble and the Lehman Shock While the impact of the Kobe earthquake on regional and local bankruptcies was fairly limited in scope, the March 11 disaster has affected a wide area, causing economic damage across the entire country.The main purpose of this paper is to first perform a time-series analysis of the circumstances surrounding bankruptcies following the March 11 disaster. This analysis will uncover the structural characteristics of bankruptcies in the wake of the disaster in order to create a future risk model for bankruptcies. Second, the paper will provide case study analyses of companies in three Northeastern Japan prefectures（ Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima） attempting a turnaround. This study will lead to a reconstruction model that responds to risks during mergencies/disasters. By providing an answer to these two issues, we will suggest one risk management approach for bankruptcy and turnaround in the wake of a major disaster. |
