| 内容記述 | 自宅の周辺環境が運動や歩行などの身体活動と関連することがこれまでに数多く示されている。ただし，新型コロナウイルス感染症への警戒が続くいわゆるコロナ禍において，自宅周辺で人との距離をとって運動や散歩を行うことがより重視されるなか，自宅の周辺環境と身体活動との関連はその内容や関連の強さにおいて大きく変化していると考えられる。 このため，本研究では，都市部に住む中高齢者の運動や歩行などの身体活動量の現状をアンケート調査により把握するとともに，自宅の周辺環境が身体活動量に与える影響について分析を行った。さらに，既存研究の結果と比較することで，コロナ禍において周辺環境が身体活動与える影響について考察した。本研究の成果は，今後の感染症対策と合わせて健康二次被害を防止するための重要な知見となるだけでなく，コロナ後における健康なまちづくりに向けて大きな示唆を与えることが期待される。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It has been shown that the environment around the house is associated with physical activity such as exercise and walking. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, people are placing greater importance on exercising and walking at a distance from other people around their homes, and it is thought that the relationship between the environment surrounding the home and physical activity has changed significantly in terms of the content and strength of the relationship. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the current status of physical activity, such as exercise and walking, among middle-aged and elderly people living in urban areas, and analyzed the influence of the surrounding environment on the amount of physical activity. We compared the results with those of existing studies and discussed the effect of the surrounding environment on physical activity during COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study are expected to provide not only important knowledge for preventing secondary damage to health, but also significant suggestions for the development of healthy communities after COVID-19. | |||||
