内容記述 | Those who work as an entry-level of Japanese teacher, even though they have successfully graduated the teacher training course, are not always be able to maintain a certain level of quality in their teaching that matches that of experienced teachers. Based on the data that was collected from the experiences of four mid-level teachers, this paper analyzed what attributes and abilities will be required for entry-level teachers when they start their carriers at a Japanese language school. The results of this analysis suggest that some of the attributes and abilities could be solved by enhancing the educational practice, while others could be solved by improving the educational content of training and by collaborating with the schools where they are in the training. It also became clear that there are some problems that are difficult to solve only through collaboration between the training course side and the Japanese language school side or through reform of the training system. | |||||
