Based on the data that was collected from the experiences of four mid-level teachers, this paper analyzed what attributes and abilities will be required for entry-level teachers when they start their carriers at a Japanese language school. The results of this analysis suggest that some of the attributes and abilities could be solved by enhancing the educational practice, while others could be solved by improving the educational content of training and by collaborating with the schools where they are in the training. It also became clear that there are some problems that are difficult to solve only through collaboration between the training course side and the Japanese language school side or through reform of the training system., Departmental Bulletin Paper, 研究ノート}, pages = {27--53}, title = {法務省告示校の日本語教師【初任】に求められる「資質・能力」の実現に向けて}, year = {2022} }
