| 内容記述 | In this paper, we investigate grammatical items appearing in Korean textbooks used mainly at Japanese universities, and make some remarks on the treatment of fundamental Korean grammatical points in these textbooks. There are many Korean language textbooks for the elementary level, but far fewer for the intermediate and advanced levels. Also, many textbooks for the elementary level contain grammatical items for constructing basic structures of sentences such as particles and conjugations. In many elementary textbooks, the past form, which is one of the most important grammatical items in elementary courses, are not covered until the latter part of the books. This often causes elementary learners to go into intermediate courses without enough practice of past forms. In intermediate and advanced courses, voice, auxiliary verbs, and adjectives are the main grammatical items which should be taught, but there are some problems in that these grammatical items are treated differently in each textbook. For example, they are sometimes confused with idioms. Moreover, we note that these technical terms do not have consensus of usage across textbooks. |
