| 内容記述 | Interviews were attempted with the citizens in Naha City and the suburbs, asking (1)what colors you think are the colors of Okinawam (2)how you think about Okinawa red tiled roof, and (3)what you think is the symbol of Okinawa in general. When they were asked the question 1, they responded by pointing 3 colors on the JIS Color Chart. Interviews were carried out on 23 - 26th of March,2009. Data were collected for 23 citizens. The color they selected most as the color of Okinawa was blue (32% of all colors selected), sepecially vivid 10B in Munsell notation. Red (24%) and green (16%) followed it. White was selected by just one person. The results were briefly argued referring to the color guideline, Naha Town Color Standard, issued by Naha City, in which white was recommended as the color of Naha City. The impression of the red tiled roof was generally positively accepted for the people. Among those, however, the most frequent response to the red tiled roof was that it was always around them, so it hardly made them remind it in their everyday lives. The most frequent answer to the third question was the blue ocean. It seemed that the blue color they felt as the color of Okinawa came from the blue ocean. | |||||
