| 内容記述 | That structure of the sake industry has changed in the 1990’s suddenly due to the internationalization in the various situations after it is within typical Japanese production, circulation structure change pressure from the consumer’s change in a taste and the EU. Sake industry is the industry formed as a liquor kind production industry which is characteristic of the this country historically. The following point became clear from the correspondence of the business corporation to the change in an environment which a sake industry is taken in and to sow. 1） As for the sake industry, that existence form diversified, and this concerning the behavior of the enterprise became difficult in the production region. 2） The general industry vision of the sake industry can’t be made though the local group which moved an association to the center can support production concerning a system. 3） An enterprise in the whole country which makes strategy the same from the strategy which it gives priority to the local production group of the sake production region. The part which tax reforms in recent years, a deregulation initiative played in this point is seriousry. 4） It will follow, and a sake industry will have to put a route to the reform based on the independent corporate strategy from now on to the production concerning a system. |
