It is important to encourage university students to study laboratory classes to identify food plants with molecular biological techniques. The anthors of the present report, created a video to teach genome DNA extraction from rice using the silica membrane column. In this video, every experimental step was displayed on a large monitor behind the presenter explaining these steps successively. Based on the responses of students who watched this video, we consider that this teaching material can be used online for university students to prepare for their laboratory classes. |
