内容記述 After reviewing the comments on Chuke Wuzhong Chuanqi 初刻五種伝奇(Five traditional dramas : first series), this paper presents an analysis of the comment “Hao 好(good),” which is the most frequently used comment in the sequel, Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi 三刻五種伝奇 (Five traditional dramas : third series). This book is currently stored in the National Central Library of Taiwan. It includes five kinds of works, including Huanshaji 浣紗記(Washing the Silken Gauze), Jinyinji 金印記 (The Story of the Gold Seal), Xiangnangji 香囊記(The Tale of the Purple Sachet), Xiuruji 繡襦記(The Story of the Embroidered Coat), and Mingfengji 鳴鳳記(The Tale of the Crying Phoenix). According to the general comments given at the beginning of Huansha Ji and based on previous studies, the work that should be included in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi is Jinjian Ji 錦箋記(The Story of the Fancy Letter Paper) rather than Xiuruji. Agreeing with this view, this paper holds that the six works mentioned above should be included in the scope of investigation. This paper starts with a classification of the critical contents related to “Hao” in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi and Xiuruji, and an investigation of their characteristics. This is followed by an investigation of the use of “Miao 妙(wonderful)” and “Hua 画(vivid)” in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi, comments frequently used in Chuke Wuzhong Chuanqi. The results show that the contents, as criticized by “Hao” and “Miao” in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi, overlap in types. Although “Hua” in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi is not frequently used, compared with its use in Chuke Wuzhong Chuanqi, “Hua” is mostly used to critically address the expression of love and feelings of love of characters. The “Hua” in Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi, especially the one-character “Hua,” is used to critically describe minor characters, such as the supporting actors. Thus, it can be seen that although Sanke Wuzhong Chuanqi and Chuke Wuzhong Chuanqi are both titled “Li Zhuowu Critique 李卓吾批評,” the meaning and the focus of the criticism have varied significance in different works. Additionally, in light of the fact that the comments in each work do not fully echo the general comments at the end of each chapter, the comments in this collection of drama works titled “Li Zhuowu Critique” must not have been made by one person.
