| 内容記述 | In this paper I analyze the citizen participation in the decision making of CHIGASAKI CITY that is one of the Japanese municipalities. In 2013, CHIGASAKI CITY made the citizen participation regulation. By the regulation, the citizens gained the formal communication channel for the citizen participation in the decision making process of the municipality. But the citizens and the administrative organization do not make the common rules of the decision making. There is the conflict of opinions. The next subject of the citizen participation is to make the common rules. | |||||
