| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the Revised Wholesale Market Law, which was enacted in June 2018 and came into effect in June 2020. In this paper, we consider how this law affects the flower distribution and wholesale business. In particular, we analyze the abolition of the following four provisions. 1) The rule that wholesalers must not sell flowers to third parties, 2) The rule that intermediate wholesalers must purchase flowers from wholesalers, 3) The rule that goods must actually go through a wholesale market, 4) The rule that private companies cannot open central wholesale markets. In order to analyze the above matters, this paper conducted interview survey on three wholesalers. | |||||
