Consultants need a theory to view desirable human and career development of a person. The career psychology has some theory to view that, but no theory corresponding to contemporary Japanese social situation. In this paper, the author tried to discuss a tentative model about human and career development in after the collapse Japanese convey system of livelihood security for the people. The aim of this tentative model is giving some consultants a vision about desirable human and career development process in contemporary Japanese life cycle. So the author considered desirable development to base on Big5 personality theory and Cloninger's personality theory.
