| 内容記述 | 筆者は，カウンセリングと心理療法の主な構成要素として，臨床的対話を「今，この場所に於いて，他者と共に在る自分の五感を覚醒させ，次に，そのような自分が，自己対話と，対人環境を含む環境との間での，感覚と知覚，そして認知水準での，相互作用を行っている状態」と定義した。その上で，本論の目的を，日本に於けるカウンセリングと心理療法スーパーバイザーの一次的課題の抽出とした。本論では，心理療法の起点を，ウイニコットの「他者と共に一人で在る」能力に置き，「人の，人的環境と物理的場所を含む環境との間での五感を働かせた相互作用」に関する理論を整理した。そして，この相互作用と類似したロジャースの「心理学的接触」を目標としたプレセラピィの自験例を示した。次に，スーパービジョンで臨床的対話が生じるためのスーパーバイザーの課題を構成し，自験例を分析した。抽出された過程課題は，1）所与の場所に在るスーパーバイジーと共に，今，ここで共に在る自分の起動，2）彼が，スーパーバイザーと共に在るための支援と，彼の「今，ここで」の感情の捉えと反射，3）彼が焦点化する「あの時，あの場所」でのクライエント感情の「今，ここで」の共有，だった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The author defined a clinical dialogue that mainly make up counseling and psychotherapy as “The states of a person awakening one’s senses on a physical place who is engaging an interaction/dialogue within his/her self and an interaction/dialogue between the one and the environment with one’s sense, perception and cognition”. And the purpose of this article was to extract process tasks of a supervisor for counseling and psychotherapy in Japan. First, the author put a starting point on the concept of Winnicott’s “the ability to be alone” and organized theories on a process of interactions between a person and his/her environment including a physical place for being alone and operating one’s psyche and mind. And the author showed the case of pre-therapy the goal of which was set on Carl Roger’s “psychology-cal contact”. Second, the author applied the theory of the clinical dialogue to counseling and psychotherapy supervision to compose process tasks of a supervisor. And from the point of the model, the author analyzed cases to extract primary tasks of the supervisor. The conclusions were that a supervisor in Japan were to be 1） Starting to be alone with a supervisee on his/her own place, and 2） Supporting he/she to be alone on the place through sharing one’s affect and reflecting them, and then, 3） Sharing his/her client’s “there and then” affect that the supervisee focused in here and now. | |||||
