 note = {The verb suffix <-hada> in Korean and <-suru> in Japanese play the same role of Chinese verbal nouns(VN). In this paper, we mainly investigated the correspondence of the two-syllables VN-hada and VN-suru. We used the terms ‘positive transfer’ and ‘negative transfer’ for this investigation. We found that there are two types of positive transfer and seven types of negative transfer between the two-syllables VN-hada and VN-suru.
