 note = {Since the Minimalist Program（Chomsky 1995）introduced the notion “functional features” as points of deviation among
natural languages, researchers of language acquisition have been trying to figure out what forms developing grammars possibly
take within the Minimalist framework. This research note provides brief summary of the new linguistic theory in comparison with pre-Minimalist theories, together with some
