The global corporate are facing various problems while a\nstrategic issue is changing by a competing environmental change today. I analyze the problems in this paper and try to make why these problems did happen clearly. And in this paper I try to give a conclusion that as a global corporate, localization strategy has to be taken up,especially the localization of human. This paper examines\nKOMATSU as case studying.
