Moreover, ICT is embedded in the life of people, it is aimed at the environment where ICT can be used without user being conscious. On the other hand, in business, it is becoming important it not only solves the problem of the existing product, but what product and service it proposes. From such a background, until now, in the approach of the design for problem solution of each product mainly, a design technique \"vision proposal design method\" which can propose a vision also including service is proposed taking HCD into consideration.
