NPO"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"155","bibliographicPageStart":"139","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"51","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国際経営論集"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"横浜エリアで実施されている大学生を対象とした、NPOインターンシップ（以下、「本インターンシップ」と言う。）において、受け入れ団体へのアンケート及びヒアリング調査により、NPOにおけるインターンシップの目的や成果、実施内容等を確認し、企業におけるインターンシップ、あるいはボランティアとの違いについて考察した。　多くの団体が、本インターンシップにより、「団体の活動を知ってもらうことができる」「若い人たちの知恵や発想を活用できる」など目的に応じた成果を得ていることが確認された。また、企業インターンシップやボランティアとの比較において、次の3点が示唆された。①インターンシップは人材育成の要素を含む営みであるが、NPOと企業では、人材育成の意味合いが異なる。すなわち、企業における人材育成は、多くの場合、企業内の人材育成を指すのに対し、NPOにおける人材育成は、社会全体における人材育成を指す場合が多い。そのため、両者におけるインターンシップのありようは本質的に異なる。②NPOから見ればボランティアもインターンシップも学生を受け入れるという点においては同じであり、両者の境界はあいまいである。インターンシップは就業体験であるが、NPOのインターンシップではその意味合いは薄く、多くの場合、インターンシップもボランティアの一形態と考えられている。③インターンシップであれボランティアであれ、NPOにおける学生受け入れのありかた（実習期間やプログラム等）は、各団体のミッションや事業内容によって大きく異なる。　以上より、NPOにおけるインターンシップの実施にあたっては、こうした特性を踏まえた実施や運営、コーディネートが必要と考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究ノート","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川大学経営学部"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10153220","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0915-7611","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山岡,
