| 内容記述 | We studied the rate constant of molecular release from single liposome particles using optical tweezers and fluorescence microspectroscopy. Photoresponsive liposomes were prepared by introducing photoreactive lipids into micrometer-sized liposomes. UV light irradiation caused lipid degradation, leading to deformation of the trapped liposomes. The release process of fluorescence molecules from inside the liposome was successfully traced by fluorescence microspectroscopy. The time constant of the release rate was determined by fitting the timedependent fluorescence intensity with a first-order exponential decay curve. | |||||||||||||
