forum","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"群馬県出身者やこの県に縁の有る方々が共に集う団体、群馬県人会連合\n会は、竹内靖博会長の下で、群馬県との交流を深め、県内各地の観光、物\n産の発展に助力し、群馬から進出している企業の活動を支援している。こ\nれらの社会貢献事業の支援のために、県人会では、会報「うぶすな」を発\n行し、様々な情報を掲載し、会員や関係者に配布している。\n　この小論で、会の設立から今日までの経緯、特に、過去4年間に掲載さ\nれた様々な記事の取材や編集に関わる具体的な記事を列記し関係者の活動\nを支援している。\n　会報には、山本一太知事の就任から毎年、行政4
