In addition, social changes, such as limitations on social interactions, are thought to have a deep impact. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the actual physical, psychological, and social conditions of the general public during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to clarify the interrelationships between these conditions. Furthermore, based on these findings, necessary measures for physical and psychological health will be discussed. A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents of a large apartment complex located in a super-aging area where the elderly population(aged 65 and over) accounts for 45% of the total population.  The results showed that in terms of total physical activity, which is representative of physical condition, 37.1% of respondents under 65 years old and 12.5% of those over 65 years old were below the criterion of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for “low physical activity,” indicating that more than one-third of respondents under 65 years old engaged in inadequate physical activity.  In addition, 36.8% of all respondents were categorized as having “poor mental health,” as they received a score of less than 13 points on the WHO-5-J test, which measures mental health status. By age, 40% and 33.6% of the under-65 and above-65 age groups, respectively, had “poor mental health.” This indicates that mental health issues are more prevalent among younger people.  Furthermore, 42.3% of all respondents scored less than 12 points on the LSNS-6 test of social status. This classified them as “socially isolated.” By age, 38.1% and 45.7% of the under-65 and above-65 age groups, respectively, were socially isolated, indicating that older people are more socially isolated. Correlation analysis and tests of independence for the interrelationship between physical, mental, and social conditions revealed a weak correlation between WHO-5-J scores for mental status and LSNS-6 scores for social status, and a statistically significant association between poor mental health and social isolation. There was also a statistically significant association between social isolation and low physical activity among those aged 65 years and above. These findings suggest that lifestyle changes in the COVID-19 pandemic, such as refraining from going out and working at home, have increased not only physical inactivity but also social isolation in a wide range of age groups. These conditions have an impact on mental health. Furthermore, the results of this study suggest that social isolation may lead to reduced physical activity among the elderly. Therefore, there is an urgent need for measures to reestablish networking with friends, such as resuming community activities with infection control measures and practicing activities that accommodate new online formats of interaction.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"新型コロナウィルス感染症の流行が長引くなか、市民のからだ(身体的状態)とこころ(心理的状態)への影響が懸念されている。さらに、他者との交流などの社会的状態の変化もそれらに深く関与していると考えられる。そこで、本研究では、コロナ禍における市民の身体的状態、心理的状態、社会的状態の実態を把握するとともに、それらの相互関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。さらに、これらをもとに、身体的及び心理的な健康のために必要な対策について検討する。このため、高齢者人口(65歳以上)が45%を占める超高齢化地域に立地する大規模団地の住民を対象にした質問紙調査を行った。 その結果、身体的状態を示す総身体活動量では、厚労省の基準値を下回る「低身体活動」の回答者が、65歳未満では37.1%、65歳以上では12.5%と、65歳未満の回答者の3分の1以上が低身体活動に該当し、若中年層における運動不足が顕著であった。 また、精神的状態を示すWHO-5-J得点が13点未満で「精神的健康不良者」とされる回答者は、全体の36.8%を占め、65歳未満では40.0%、65歳以上では33.6%と、65歳未満でその割合がより高いことが明らかになった。 さらに、社会的状態を示すLSNS-6得点が12点未満で「社会的孤立」とされる回答者は、全体の42.3%を占め、65歳未満では38.1%、65歳以上では45.7%と、65歳以上でその割合がやや高いことが明らかになった。 一方、身体的状態、精神的状態、社会的状態の相互関連について、相関分析及び独立性の検定を行ったところ、精神的状態を示すWHO-5-J得点と社会的状態を示すLSNS-6得点との間には弱い相関関係があり、精神的健康不良者と社会的孤立との間には統計的に有意な関連があることが明らかになった。また、65歳以上の高齢者では低身体活動と社会的孤立との間にも統計的に有意な関連がみられた。 これらのことから、コロナ禍における外出自粛や在宅勤務などのライフスタイルの変化は、幅広い年代において運動不足だけでなく、社会的孤立を高め、それが精神的健康にも影響していると考えられる。さらに、社会的孤立は高齢者の身体活動にも影響している可能性が示唆された。このため、感染対策を行ったうえでの地域活動の再開やオンラインでの新しい様式に対応した活動の実践など、友人とのネットーワークを再構築するための対策が急務である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川大学人文学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"The Society of Humanities at Kanagawa University","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00123041","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0287-7074","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松本, 安生","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"マツモト, ヤスオ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"35033","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"35033","nameIdentifierScheme":"ローカル著者ID"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2022-11-30"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"01 コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.9 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"01 コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-","url":"https://kanagawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/15229/files/01 コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-.pdf"},"version_id":"87d107c2-abce-4e08-ac58-2c2e826f98b1"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Physical, Psychological, and Social Conditions of the General Public and Their Interrelationships during the COVID-19 Pandemic : A Case Study of a Large Apartment Complex in a Super-Aging Community","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"10","path":["1438"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2022-11-30"},"publish_date":"2022-11-30","publish_status":"0","recid":"15229","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["コロナ禍における市民の身体的、心理的、社会的状態とその相互関連に関する研究 -超高齢化地域の大規模団地を事例として-"],"weko_creator_id":"10","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-11-28T04:43:16.282089+00:00"}
