The subjects of this study were physiotherapists(PT), occupational therapists(OT), and nurses (Ns). In addition, the work experience was divided into less than 5 years (group A) and more than 5 years(group B). As a result of the examination, it was indicated that Ns and PT needs for “organization management and education” and “improvement of work” than OT. In case of group A indicated that the needs of “organization management and education”,“improvement of work”,“interpersonal relationships”,“working hour /rest” and so on are high. Furthermore, it was found that group B were highly satisfied with the work environment. Finally, it was indicated that “social connectedness” and “welfare” are related to WE.
