Period－","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"伊豆川浅吉の代表的な著書の一つが『土佐捕鯨史』である。上下2巻、650ページに及び、天和年間に網取式捕鯨が導入され発展し、明治40年前後にノルウェー式捕鯨に移行するまでの土佐捕鯨の発展・変遷の過程を技術・経営・流通の各側面にわたって、その背景と関連のもとに詳細に論述している。土佐での研究に着手したのは昭和10年の夏で、土佐は近世における重要な捕鯨地であることに加え、史料がよく収集されていた。土佐での史料収集には、経営事務として明治末期からのノルウェー式捕鯨を見てきた吉岡高吉の協力を得ている。吉岡高吉はアチック・ミューゼアムから『彙報第35 土佐室戸浮津組捕鯨実録』を昭和13年（1938）に出版している。藩と捕鯨経営者との関係を中心が記された4冊の書状控と明治前半期、浮津捕鯨会社創立前後の沿革を記した稿本高知県浮津捕鯨沿革史からなっている。　「近畿地方における鯨肉利用調査」は土佐捕鯨史を書き上げた後、紀州捕鯨史研究の一部として行われた。鯨肉が捕鯨基地より、どのような経路で、どのような加工を経て各地域に供給されるのかを調べるために実施された。近畿中部の2府13県に必要な質問事項を印刷した往復はがきを発送し、それに回答し返送してもらう方法がとられた。問い合わせ状の宛先は、筌の調査を試みた各地小学校のリストを利用している。発送総数は898枚で、そのうち回答数は279枚であり、回答率は31％となっている。この調査から紀州の鯨肉は、大阪、伊勢方面に運搬される。そのうち大阪に運搬されるものは四国や九州から入る鯨肉とともに東へ運ばれる。そこから2つに分かれ、北陸方面と伊勢から入るものとともにさらに東へ運ばれるなど流通経路が詳細に判明した。　『土佐捕鯨史』後、「近畿地方における鯨肉利用調査の報告概要」とともに各地の捕鯨史の研究に着手した。小野武夫博士還暦記念論文集『日本農業経済史』に掲載された「陸前捕鯨史の一齣」もその一つである。その他にも土佐と並び重要な捕鯨地であった紀伊や肥前の捕鯨史研究にも取り組み、戦前には『紀伊捕鯨史』や『肥前捕鯨史』もまとめ上げているが、戦災により原稿の大部分が焼失してしまった。　捕鯨史とならび、伊豆川浅吉が力を入れていたのがカツオ漁業史である。昭和32年（1957）日本常民文化研究所から『日本鰹漁業』を刊行した。上下2巻570ページにおよぶ大作である。日本の重要なカツオ漁業地を取り上げ、各地域ごとに様々な史料や文献を用いてまとめ、最後に日本全体のカツオ漁業史を捕鯨史同様、技術・資本・労働・分配の面から分析した。これは伊豆川が技術から加工・流通に至るまでを一貫して描こうとしたものが形になったものであろう。この問題意識は捕鯨史研究においても言えるのではないか。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Book","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"第Ⅲ章　水産史研究室同人の「問題意識の多様性」","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"附録1　「鯨肉に関するアンケート回答」一覧（流通経済大学図書館所蔵）","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川大学
