Period－","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"戸谷敏之はアチック・ミューゼアムの水産史研究室で魚肥の研究を担当したが、その専門とするところは農業経済史であった。本稿では著作と師弟関係を整理し、彼の問題関心の中で魚肥研究がどのように位置づけられていたのか考えたい。　戸谷敏之は1933年（昭和8年）東京帝国大学経済学部に合格するが、思想問題で入学取消となり法政大学に進んだ。法政大学では小野武夫や大塚久雄のもとで農業経済史を学び、大学卒業と同時に水産史研究室へ入った。水産史研究室では内浦漁民資料をはじめとする地方文書の分析を通して、魚肥について研究した。その研究は流通と消費の2つの側面からなされ、前者は「大津干鰯問屋仲間―日本肥料史の一齣―」などの干鰯問屋の研究として、後者は「徳川時代に於ける農業經營の諸類型―日本肥料史の一齣―」といった肥料の研究として結実している。　戸谷の問題関心を探るためその著作を分析すると、彼の師である小野武夫、大塚久雄の影響が大きいことがわかる。地域性への着目、農民の生活に対する関心、農村問題の解決を念頭に置く姿勢は小野のそれに近く、比較経済史的な発想、前期的資本への着目、宗教社会学的な問いの立て方は大塚のそれに近い。また同時代的な問題意識として、日本資本主義の史的分析という課題が共有されていたことも窺える。　以上を踏まえつつ戸谷が魚肥研究を通じて明らかにしようとしたことを考えると、以下の4点に整理できる。　「魚肥の具体像」「日本肥料史の特質」「農業経営の類型」「農村の貨幣経済」　戸谷にとって魚肥は、農業経済史と水産史を結びつける重要なテーマであり、様々なレベルの問題関心に応えることができる魅力的な研究対象だったといえる。戸谷は一農家の具体的な経済生活から日本資本主義発達史に関する問題まで、様々なレベルの議論を展開したが、そこに共通するのは、理論先行で現実を軽視する当時の学問に異を唱えんとする姿勢である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Book","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"第Ⅲ章　水産史研究室同人の「問題意識の多様性」","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川大学
