As the number of Japanese language schools increases, the number of teachers working there, including new teachers, also increases. Therefore, it is gradually becoming problems to provide adequate education to foreign students. For the beginner Japanese language teachers who have graduated from professional training courses, they are assumed to have acquired basic skills as a teacher, however, they forced to deal with many complicated teaching tasks early in their careers that may be unprepared to handle. Based on these realities, this paper examines the results and the effects of teacher training at a Japanese language school.
