| 内容記述 | Expectations for green recovery are growing around the world toward the after-corona period. Renewable energy is expected to play a leading role in this green recovery. Japan is entering an era in which renewable energy sources account for 18.6% (2019) of its power supply, and it is entering an era in which renewable energy is being massively introduced. In Japan, there is a discrepancy in the interpretations of the priority access and priority connection of renewable energies by the stakeholders. This article shows an overview of the priority measures debate in Japan, based on the following analyses: ( 1 ) the policy-making process of the energy policy in Japan and ( 2 ) the development of the priority measures provided in the EU's Renewable Energy Directives. | |||||
