As a result, it became clear that Sayama’s economic structure fundamentally relies on manufacturing industries (including transporting and equipment industries) and on the public sector (including a JSDF base). Finally, this study divides Sayama’s industries into 4 categories by the RSS-RORM analysis method proposed on this paper, through which it became clear that Sayama city heavily depends on “community-based industries” and “external market relying industries”.
