 note = {中国の民俗研究において、農村から漁村に移動する農村労働力に関する研究は極めて少ない。また、人口流動と現地における女性とのつながりという研究も非常に少ない。本稿では、漁村に流入する農民工が現地における女性の労働意識にもたらした影響を明らかにしたい。　「農民工」について述べる際には、まず中国の戸籍制度に言及しなければならない。現代の中国においては、都市人口と農村人口という分類がある。農村人口はすなわち農民、都市人口はすなわち都市民である。農民は農業を中心として暮らしている。狭義の農業は土地を利用し、有用な農産物を得る活動のことである。広義の農業には林業、牧畜業、漁業も含まれる。中国では都市と農村という二元的な管理構造は、戸籍によって区別されている。すなわち、都市戸籍と農村戸籍である。そのため、農民とは農村戸籍を持っている人の総称である。本稿では、山東省栄成市鏌鎁島地区に行く河南省女性農民工と現地における女性の労働に対する考察を通じ、現地の女性労働意識の現状と変化を捉えていきたい。　調査地において、「河南省女性農民工がなぜ鏌鎁島に行くのか」、「出稼ぎ時の考え方がどのように変化するのか」、「地元の女性の労働意識がどのように変化するのか」といった幾つかの問題点について検討したい。　本稿は、二つの部分から構成されている。第一の部分は河南省女性農民工に関することである。彼女らが鏌鎁島に行く動機やきっかけ、また河南省女性農民工の特徴について検討する。さらに彼女らが現地で差別されている現状やその表現、原因なども論じる。第二の部分は現地の女性に関する問題である。彼女らの労働量の変化および労働意識の変化を分析する。　鏌鎁島の村落を調査地としたこの研究が、全ての漁村の実情を示すわけではない。だが、この調査、研究はこれらに関連する課題について、一つの参考となり、また指標になるものと考える。, In Chinese Folklore Studies, related researches on ＂Rural labor force that go to fishing village to make a living＂ and ＂The impact of migration on local women＂ are quite limited. Thus, through research, the author attempts to go deeper into ＂the effect from rural labor force that goes to fishing village to make a living on local women＂.　When it comes to migrant workers, thereʼs one thing we have to mention : The Household Reg-istration System of China. In the modern society of China, the population is divided into mainly two parts, and they are urban population and rural population, which is the same with the Household Registration System : urban and rural residence. The rural population actually refers to peasants, who lead agriculture-centered life. The narrow sense of agriculture is making use of land to get farm produce, while the broad sense of it also includes forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. The peasant is a general term that refers to the population who has rural registered permanent residence. This article, investigating the labor of the local women and the female migrant workers coming from Henan province on Moye Island of Rongcheng, Shandong Province, tries to make an experimental analysis on the labor consciousness of local women. 　Questions like ＂Why does female migrant workers from Henan province come to this Island?＂, ＂What changes of mind do they have while working?＂, ＂What changes of the labor consciousness of local women happened ?＂etc, will be discussed. 　Therefore, this essay mainly has two parts. The first part generally elaborates the reasons why female migrant workers from Henan province come to this Island, the features of them, and the reasons and manifestation etc. of the discrimination they experience. The second part mainly analyzes from two aspects : the variation of amount of labor and labor consciousness. 　Although the result of the research based on the Moye Island may not fit for every fishing village, yet it still could, to some extent, locate and make up the deficiencies for the related study., Departmental Bulletin Paper, 論文},
