 note = {Japanese management and leadership could not prevent the Fukushima nuclear accident. We can find the weak-points of Japanese management and leadership through an investigation of the cause of the accident. First, we must understand the causes of this serious accident correctly. Gaining an accurate understanding of the damage and the causes of this accident is fundamentally important in investigating the function of Japanese management and leadership.
