Through continuous and rapid development, China’s　economy has not only led in the world, but also made a great contribution to the world economy. In　particular, in terms of national cultural soft power, by taking measures, such as building Confucius　institutes in various places of the world and actively applying for the honor of the World Heritage and theWorld Intangible Cultural Heritage from UNESCO, the Chinese government has put more efforts to build　an excellent traditional ethnic and folk cultural heritage system, and organized and implemented this　system as an important part to carry the socialist cultural cause with Chinese characteristics and build the　strategy of “cultural power”. However undeniably, although making great achievements, China still has　problems and challenges in building national cultural soft power. China can learn from others to improve　itself.
