The following are their solutions: a. avoidance of vivid red and yellow colors b. reduction of saturation of color c. reduction in area d. reduction in height e. by zoning f. by color coordination Finally three instances of actual environmental color planning were exemplified in Yokosuka City, Yokohama City and Naha City.
