| 内容記述 | 本稿では北陸地方における集落営農の地域的特徴を明らかにした。日本の水田農業では2000年代の中頃より農業政策の影響を受ける形で，都府県を中心に集落を構成単位として生産活動の共同化・統一化をおこなう集落営農が設立された。北陸地方ではこうした動きに先行する形で集落営農が設立されており，近年では組織の法人化が進んでいる。農業政策の影響を受けて設立された集落営農が多い新潟県や福井県では，政策の変更に応じて組織の経営規模が変動していく傾向がある。これに対して，富山県と石川県では組織の再編を通して経営規模の大きな組織が増えつつある。集落営農の具体的な活動内容をみると，富山県において農家の参加や農地集積を進め，協業化を図っている組織が多くみられた。これ以外の地域では，集落営農の活動は限定的なものである場合が多く，組織としての活動に展開の余地を残している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Community based farming is an organization created in units of rural settlements. From the mid 2000ʼs, Community based farming has been established in areas where paddy farming areas in Japan. It is greatly influenced by agricultural policy. In This paper clarified the regional characteristics of village farming in the Hokuriku region. In the Hokuriku region, the proportion of corporations in Community base farming is the highest in Japan. In addition, the number of large-scale organizations is increasing throughout the region. Especially, Toyama prefecture is many farmers joined Community based farming. And the accumulation of agricultural land is also progressing. In other areas, there are many cases where organizations have been formed to respond to agricultural policies. As a result, the participation of farmers and the accumulation of farm land are limited. It can be pointed out that the development of the organization has major regional characteristics. |
