| 内容記述 | The main purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of the general guideline on school-based extracurricular sports activities published by the Japanese government in 2018. The relation between work style reform in school and refinement of school-based extracurricular activities, which have become one of social issues in recent years were examined and clarified. In addition, excessive trainings and overheated competitiveness in sport coaches in schools are assessed and backgrounds for those unsolved existing issues were reviewed. Finally, the national general guidelines and its feasibility has discussed based on the two perspectives, one, from reducing the burden on teaches and two from teaching in optimizing school-based extracurricular sports activities. | |||||
